One-Year Free Warranty Service Terms

Freight Arrangement: During the warranty period, if a product needs to be returned to Hamsa Jewelry for repair, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer. It is recommended to choose a reliable courier service to ensure product safety.

Packaging Requirements: Please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Hamsa Jewelry is not responsible for any loss, theft, or incidents caused by improper packaging or shipping.

Shipping Method Selection: Please use a shipping service with tracking functionality to ensure timely processing of your repair request. Packages without a tracking number will not be accepted.

Repair Process
