Hamsa Jewelry Return and Exchange Policy

1Policy Overview

At Hamsa Jewelry, we are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and ensuring that every customer returns satisfied. For this reason, we have established a flexible 30 day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you only need to contact us within 30 days after receiving it and meet the relevant conditions to process a return or exchange.

2Return and Exchange Conditions

Authorization requirement: All returns and exchanges must obtain our authorization in advance.

Time limit: The application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Product status: Returned products must remain in their original condition, free from scratches, wear, and without any adjustments or changes.

Transportation method: When returning, please choose a transportation method with tracking function.

Promotional gifts: If promotional gifts are included in the return, they must be returned together, otherwise the retail price of the gift will be deducted.

Remote area fees: Exchanging or adjusting the size in remote areas may incur additional costs.

Special reminder: Do not send returns to the address on the package, use the return address we provide.

4Refund process and instructions

Processing time: The return package will be processed within 5 days after receipt.

Refund method: You can choose to refund from the original payment account or store credit.

Freight processing: Freight charges before discount will not be refunded.

Remote fees: Remote fees involved in returns will not be refunded.

Return shipping compensation: In the following specific circumstances, Hamsa Jewelry will refund $25 to customers through store credit as compensation, if the goods received by the customer do not match the order.

The item is damaged, defective, or improperly carved. For damaged or defective items, customers must contact Hamsa Jewelry promptly within 48 hours of receiving the order. $25 will be refunded as compensation through store credit.

5Special product exchange fee standard

For specific products such as 10K, 14K, 18K white gold/rose gold/customized items, a 35% restocking fee will be charged for exchanges. When multiple items (3) are returned from the same order, a replenishment fee of 35% will be charged for each item.

6Self service return and exchange steps

Start the return process: Log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" page, select the returned item and start the process.

Receive return notification: After successful application, you will receive a return notification email within 48 hours.

Packaging and Shipping: Attach a return copy inside the package, indicating the order number, name, and email address, and use a traceable shipping method for mailing.

Upload tracking number: After returning the package, log in to your account and upload the return tracking number to ensure tracking progress.
